Job Description
Overview
- To meet the support requests regarding the problems and other requests that may arise regarding the systems running in our corporate customers within the scope of SLA, together with our other technical consultants in our technical team
- To be able to set up and manage the above mentioned products and services in project-based studies
- To be ready to work on a 7x24 basis when necessary
- Periodically checking that the serviced products are working without any problems, stable and up-to-date, and developing effective and permanent solutions for the elimination of problems; To perform optimization and tuning operations on the established network
- To follow up the support requests made abroad, when necessary, related to the products supported
