Senior Nurse Educator, Surgical Services — Lead & Develop Teams

Nelson Marlborough Health is seeking a Nurse Educator for the Surgical Services team in Nelson Hospital. This permanent 0.7FTE Senior Nursing role focuses on coaching staff, developing education plans and embedding evidence-based practice to strengthen care delivery.

You will lead education initiatives, work with the MDT, and ensure clinical quality systems across surgical services to improve patient outcomes for our health consumers.
