Senior Operations & Maintenance Engineer

Core Responsibilities

1. Oversee and ensure effective execution of rooftop solar maintenance activities (planned and unplanned) in line with contractual scope of work, service level agreements (SLA), and compliance to SOPs.
2. Coordinate annual and monthly maintenance planning, aligning manpower, site access, and third‑party support schedules.
3. Provide on‑site technical leadership in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting. Guide resolution based on root cause rather than symptoms.
4. Coordinate with Customer Service and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of maintenance outcomes for effective client reporting and service continuity.
5. Review and verify site reports, inspection checklists, photos, and test records submitted by Technicians and Engineers. Ensure proper documentation for internal reference and client reporting.
