Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Configuration and customization
  • Business rules and workflows
  • Customer Portal and Agent interfaces
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Solid understanding of CRM and customer service processes
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle CX Suite or other CRM platforms
  • Prior experience in onsite client environments
  • Familiarity with integration tools or middleware
  • Oracle Service Cloud certification (plus)
