Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end payroll & FnF processing for India & Middle east, including statutory compliance.
  • Support payroll operations for the Middle East region ; prior experience is an added advantage.
  • Lead monthly pay run reconciliations and ensure timely execution.
  • Liaise with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure smooth and compliant payroll delivery.
  • Perform Gross-to-Net calculations and reconcile payroll accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Income tax & exemptions .
  • Handle incident/ticket management for payroll-related queries.
  • Handle and maintain documentation for internal and external audits .
  • Ensure adherence to Travelex policies and local regulatory requirements.
