Senior Payroll & Compliance Lead (Multi-State)

Boldrimpact is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee the day-to-day administration of U.S. payroll and compliance for 600–1,000 employees. This role involves managing the bi-weekly payroll cycle in Paylocity, coordinating with payroll partners, and ensuring compliance with various federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess 3–5+ years of payroll administration experience and demonstrate an ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy. This position is based in the Philippines.
