The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for owning end-to-end paid acquisition strategies while working closely with creative, design, and web teams to maximize campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize revenue-focused Meta advertising campaigns. Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and retention. Improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV. Execute advanced audience targeting strategies including lookalikes, interest targeting, broad audiences, and remarketing.
