Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care through biopsychosocial and environmental assessments. Formulate clinical diagnoses and develop individualized, evidence-based therapy plans. Collaborate with patients and stakeholders to establish organizational goals and monitor progress using relevant outcome measures. Supervise and mentor junior staff and Allied Health students while contributing to education and training initiatives. Support or lead quality improvement and research projects, with the opportunity to assume leadership roles in service planning and interdisciplinary workgroups. Conduct home visits and travel independently within the community as needed.
