Job Description
Senior Planner – Hamilton (or Auckland)
Provide advice and support complex development proposals across all stages of the planning process, from strategy and policy development to consenting and post‑consent monitoring. Collaborate with a team of technical experts, advisors, and communicators on critical infrastructure projects.
About you
- Holds a relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline
- Strong technical skills and a passion for achieving broader community outcomes
- Ideally have at least 7 years’ experience in a planning or related role across infrastructure development
- A commercial approach to planning and development
- A desire to work in a growing planning team
- Relationship‑oriented and solutions focused
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
