Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including baseline programme & Micro schedule establishment, progress tracking, and schedule control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Integrate and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective project planning and reporting.
- Analyze project data, identify schedule risks, critical path activities, and potential delays, and propose mitigation measures to support project objectives.
- Calculate and estimate the duration, manpower, equipment, and resource requirements for major construction activities.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly progress reports and management presentations. Experience in using Power BI to develop project dashboards and visualize project data will be an added advantage.
