Key Responsibilities: Assess, analyze, and optimize enterprise business processes. Document processes and ensure seamless implementation. Interact with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating design workshops and conducting end-user training. Lead presentations to senior management and executives. Collaborate with stakeholders to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and IT assets.
