Senior Product Manager – Payouts Operations
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Payouts Operations to own the strategy and execution of the product capabilities that power our day‑to‑day payouts operations.
This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and payments performance, with a strong focus on automation. You will partner closely with our Payouts Operations team to design and deliver tools, workflows, and platforms that make our operations more scalable, reliable, and cost‑efficient, while improving speed and quality for our merchants and their payees.
You are an outcome‑driven Senior PM, comfortable taking ownership quickly, ramping fast on complex domains, and delivering measurable impact in short cycles. You bring strong product judgment, deep stakeholder management skills, experience with internal operations, and a track record of driving automation in high‑throughput transactional environments.
