Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the next phase of our Automation & Agent Platform. You will evolve our existing automation platform (RPA + API) and define the roadmap for an AI-native agent orchestration layer that hosts, manages, monitors, and scales intelligent
agents across the RCM lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the automation platform – drive reliability, efficacy, payer coverage expansion, and client go-lives.
- Define the product vision for the Agent Orchestration Platform – agent lifecycle, skill registry, orchestration patterns, and monitoring.
- Design agent guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and confidence-based routing for safe execution.
- Define and drive the automation measurement funnel (Task Volume → Attempted → Processed → Completed) across agents.
