Job Description
Draft Bot Pro is building the AI-native operating system for Indian lawyers.
Thousands of lawyers already use our product to draft legal documents and conduct legal research using AI. We are a fast-growing, profitable startup building the future of legal work in India - from drafting and research to case strategy, matter workflows, and beyond.
We are a small, founder-led team. This is a high-ownership role where you will work directly with the founders.
We are looking for a senior product leader who can help us:
Improve growth, monetization, acquisition and retention
Strengthen core product experience
Identify and validate new product lines and verticals
Help define what Draft Bot Pro becomes over the next 3–5 years
This is not a traditional PM role.
You will operate like a mini-founder for product and growth.
