Senior Product Manager (SDP - Secure Platform Delivery)

Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join the Secure Delivery Platforms team who will lead the strategy, engineering, and governance of enterprise capabilities that enable teams to move from idea to production securely, efficiently, and at scale. The team focuses on embedding security, compliance, and platform standards directly into developer workflows while improving developer experience and delivery speed.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for SDP platforms

Translate enterprise priorities (security, compliance, developer experience, AI adoption) into platform investments

Drive adoption of GitLab, IaC, SSCM, and AI-enabled SDLC tooling across engineering teams

Create a culture of Innersourcing through Customer Roundtables

Prioritise backlog based on business impact, risk, and platform maturity
