Senior Product & Process Engineer

This position is responsible for supporting consistent operational performance through the execution of process optimisation, cost reduction initiatives, and engineering project implementation, adherence to engineering standards and manufacturing procedures, and contribution to overall efficiency, productivity, and product profitability.
 
Candidates should demonstrate relevant experience in process engineering and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment, with the ability to operate effectively within a structured environment where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are critical. Matric and a BEng Mechanical Engineering degree and 5+ years’ experience, along with strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on approach to improving production processes, will be essential for success in this role.
