**The role**
- Tala is looking for a highly motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to manage technical projects. Tala is a world leader in providing direct loans and financial services in emerging markets. **What You'll Do**:
- Manage project delivery using Agile practices and Tala SDLC
- Organize project plans, schedules and review meetings for project success
- Track and ensure resolution of project risks and alignment of dependencies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through needed process improvements and establishment and monitoring of applicable KPIs of processes and outcomes
