Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-SP, APM, RICS, or equivalent
- 12 years of project and programme delivery experience, including 5 years leading large‑scale data centre, infrastructure, industrial or energy projects
- Proven experience managing complex programmes with budgets exceeding USD 100 million
- Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 programme management, project controls, and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Strong capability in schedule risk analysis, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and project performance reporting
- Sound financial, commercial, and contract management skills, including budgeting, claims, variations, and contractor management
