**Job Description Summary**
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, high-visibility electrical substation projects supporting utility and data center customers. This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a proven project leader with deep experience in EPC execution for electrical substations and high-voltage power systems, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. This individual will drive cross-functional alignment, manage project performance, and build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes. This position will support customers and teams on the West Coast.
