The Senior QA Verifier operates as a senior-level independent quality control authority within the Sales and QA ecosystem. This role leads the verification of lead qualification decisions, owns the identification of systemic quality gaps, and upholds the standards that keep our pipeline accurate and our operations consistent.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and Verification
- Lead and independently execute comprehensive audits of lead qualification decisions across NI, NQL, and on-hold lead categories.
- Conduct complex, multi-segment verification audits to assess accuracy, compliance, and process consistency at scale.
- Detect qualification errors, misclassifications, and deviations from established QA standards with a high degree of precision.
