Position Overview: Senior Quality Manager(Pasay)

Shift: Hybrid/Shifting Schedule

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager of Quality in the BPO industry.
• Proficient in Six Sigma and Lean tools and methodologies.
• Responsible for managing a team of QCAs and clients within the vertical.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the Travel or Financial sectors.
