Job Description
Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) Location: Abu Dhabi UAE Job Summary:
Our client is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors (MEP) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction costs contracts and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and track construction costs
- Prepare and analyze tender documents
- Conduct site measurements and valuations
- Collaborate with project teams
- Diploma B.E or equivalent
- Proficiency in PlanSwift
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of MEP construction practices
- Currently residing in UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi)
- Any nationality
