Senior QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Multi-Entity, Remote — Healthcare & Assisted Living)

We're hiring a Senior QuickBooks Bookkeeper to take real ownership of the books across several related U.S. businesses — a 40-bed assisted living and memory care facility, a healthcare case-management company, and related property/holding entities.

This isn't transaction categorization. We need someone who can clean up messy historical books, reconcile every account with real investigation (not just a zero difference), keep multi-entity and intercompany accounting straight, and turn QuickBooks into financial reports leadership can actually act on.

What you'll own:

🔹 Full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple QuickBooks Online companies

🔹 Reconciliation of bank, credit card, loan, payroll, and merchant accounts

🔹 Historical cleanup — correcting misclassified owner distributions, loan payments, and intercompany transfers

🔹 Multi-entity accounting with accurate due-to/due-from schedules

🔹 Payroll accounting support ...
