Senior R&D Hardware Engineer - Wafer Process & Liaison

Broadcom in George Town, Penang, is looking for a skilled technical liaison to work closely with the wafer sort contract manufacturer (CM). The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor/Master/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, a minimum of 5 years experience in wafer foundry or wafer sort processes, and fluency in Chinese and English. Key responsibilities include managing process development and acting as the primary interface between teams. Excellent data analysis and programming skills will be advantageous.
