Overview

Maple Reinders is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee day‑to‑day concrete operations for projects in Bradford, Wasaga Beach and surrounding areas. The Foreman is responsible for safe, efficient, high‑quality execution of concrete work while meeting project schedules, productivity targets, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead concrete crews in daily field operations
• Plan and coordinate formwork, concrete placement, and work sequencing
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to quality standards
• Enforce company safety policies and participate in daily safety meetings
• Monitor productivity, labour usage, and workmanship
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades
