ABOUT THE ROLE

Senior Resource & Mining Planning Manager for Central Canada region responsible for accurately assessing and estimating aggregate reserves and resources, ensuring annual reporting and filings meet SEC SK-1300 compliance. Leads a team of resource professionals and collaborates with key functional groups to provide operational support, geological assessments, and generate mining plans to maximize resource utilization, reduce costs and ensure operational safety. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Manage and track aggregate reserves and resources as a Qualified Person, including annual reporting and filing in compliance with SEC SK-1300 regulations. Manage mine planning development with Operations and other functional groups, creating short‑term and long‑term mining plans to optimize stripping, extraction, and progressive rehabilitation activities.
