The role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including Lightning development, process automation, security management, reporting, and deployment activities. The candidate will work closely with Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery teams to design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions while ensuring platform stability, security, and compliance.
