Senior Scientist - Infectious Disease & Outbreak Analytics

Akilconnect seeks a qualified researcher to join our environmental surveillance program. You will work on molecular and epidemiological analyses, oversee lab workflows (qRT-PCR, LC-MS), and prepare manuscripts and grant proposals.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology or Epidemiology, with 2+ years in virus monitoring, AMR and One Health. Experience with R, Stata, ArcGIS, and QGIS is valued.
