Senior Service Technician

Senior Service Technician for Northern Region (50% on-site for T&C, 50% in-office)

• Operate the technical hotline (residential and VRF) for the Northern region; support projects (installation, training, operation).

• Monitor the performance of authorized service centers and evaluate the results of service shifts.

• Coordinate with factories to resolve technical issues related to service case.

• Plan and conduct training for partners (authorized service centers, contractors).

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
