About the Firm:
Our client is a leader in the HR SAAS space, providing solutions to their client’s workforce to help improve employee satisfaction and retention. They are looking for a number of Senior Software Engineers to join their team on a full-time and permanent role.
Responsibilities
Applying creative problem-solving that brings software designs to life.
Designing, coding, unit testing and integrating new features and functionality.
Working with Product Managers and the team to refine stories and break down work accordingly.
Coach and Mentor junior and intermediate engineers in engineering bet practices.
Stay up to date on emerging technologies and corporate engineering guidelines, best practices, processes and tools, and be a mentor to the team members.
Collaborate with other teams to proactively identify and manage dependencies.
Hands‑on with our codebase and deeply involved in code reviews.
