Applying creative problem‑solving that brings software designs to life. Designing, coding, unit testing and integrating new features and functionality. Working with Product Managers and the team to refine stories and break down work accordingly. Coach and Mentor junior and intermediate engineers in engineering best practices. Stay up to date on emerging technologies and corporate engineering guidelines, best practices, processes and tools, and be a mentor to the team members. Collaborate with other teams to proactively identify and manage dependencies. Hands‑on with our codebase and deeply involved in code reviews.
