Job Resposibilities:
Strategic Architectural Leadership
Define, refine, and own the overall architectural vision for the ServiceNow platform in IT, including active lead in the end-to-end design decision for transformation program
(Potentially) Assist in shaping and influencing the broader enterprise technology strategy by representing the ServiceNow platform in governance boards or steering committees
Collaborate with transformation program to validate the migration roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria
Mitigate technical risks by identifying potential roadblocks and developing contingency plans
Develop measurable KPIs and metrics to track performance of the platform
