**The Opportunity**
+ Own Manulife Myanmar IT architecture and guide towards target state.
+ Making sure architecture decisions are aligned with business strategy and architecture principles.
+ Part of IT leadership to guide local/regional scrum teams.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for architectural design, issues and solutions considerations; apply industry best practices to create scalable and secure solutions that have superior technical performance.
+ Responsible for product architectural design, issues and solutions considerations for value streams.
+ Troubleshoots mis-specified component architectures and rapidly corrects them.
+ Understands nature of the impact of architecture choices and record the architecture decisions including technical debt or improvement plans if any.
+ Works with dev team to coach/control outcomes of development initiatives.
+ Works with regional architects on regional initiatives or guardrai...
