Responsibilities

Serve as the technical point of contact for your accounts and account managers in your assigned territory. Develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs. Craft and own value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations. Participate in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from initial discovery to the technical win. Demonstrate product value in sales meetings and at events such as meetups and conferences. Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions, and services. Onboard, educate, and enable partners in sales cycles. Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet client needs.
