Senior Staff Engineer Product Development

Responsibility

Your Role: As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will take on a leading role to drive, grow, and develop new products in the area of discrete devices.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for product development activities in projects
• Play a key role as a team member under the leadership and guidance of the project manager
• Identify and propose product development opportunities, and enable decision‑making by providing technical input
• Serve as the technical lead and go‑to person for product development questions
• Own technical risks within the product development cycle
• Define, identify, and mitigate risks, and execute predefined preventive measures
• Act as the technical interface to other departments and stakeholders
• Lead FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) activities
