Job Description
This is a full time/permanent position with a preference for someone in Edinburgh on a Hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage assigned projects, making key decisions on project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.Act as the main point of contact for key projects, attending and leading design team meetings, client meetings, and site inspections.Conduct site inspections and surveys independently, ensuring accurate data collection for design validation and quality assurance.Liaise with external clients, local authorities, and internal team members to align project deliverables with regulatory and commercial requirements.Produce fee proposals and tender bids for new work up to £75,000 in fee value.Demonstrate a clear understanding of project finances and be responsible for managing budgets for projects up to £75,000 in fee value.Collaborate with senior management...
