Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the the Elevated Guideways and Stations Contract (“EGS”) of The Ontario Line (OL). The Primary Construction Team for this project consists of ACCIONA Infrastructure Canada Inc. (ACCIONA) and Amico Major Projects Inc. (Amico), as Trillium Guideway Partners (TGP). This role supports end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience. This role partners closely with hiring managers, project teams, and HR to attract and secure the right talent based on operational demands and project schedules. This role ensures recruitment activities follow best practices, internal procedures, and organizational standards.
