• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, HQ users, and local hiring teams.
