Senior Technical Consultant Engineer

Role Summary

Reporting to the KTP Account Manager, the Technical Engineer is responsible for implementing KTP Suite projects for various clients, providing consulting, training, and operational support. The role is client-facing and may require travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients consultatively to determine project requirements and conduct needs analysis.
• Assist clients in configuring system parameters and controls, recommend best practices, and review set-up to gain acceptance.
• Provide on-site or remote support during client conversions.
• Test and troubleshoot system configuration and functionality.
• Communicate project scope, status, and risks to stakeholders.
• Record accurate time spent on project-related activities.
• Follow established project, departmental, and company procedures and quality standards.
