Job Description
Shall hold an approved diploma in estate management, building maintenance, civil/structural/ mechanical or electrical engineering from a local polytechnic or equivalent with at least three (3) years relevant experience.
Staff managing foreshore structures Hold a degree in civil & structural (preferably with marine works experience) engineering or equivalent with relevant expertise in maintenance of foreshore structures in the past three (3) years. The operation team must be stationed on-site and is responsible to oversee the day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.
