Senior Technical Program Manager, Amazon Customer Service

We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) who can own scoping, planning, and execution for challenging and high‑impact projects. This TPM role will be highly visible across CS and other Amazon business units, partnering with and influencing multiple engineering teams within and outside CS to deliver complex cross‑functional projects.
