Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our AI Apps BU in the Product Engineering division. It is an engineering governance and oversight function that sits above delivery execution, focused on ensuring architectural integrity, scope alignment, and continuous feedback loops across our largest enterprise programs and early access product releases.
The Program Manager will oversee two parallel program tracks:
- Top 10 accounts — ensuring engineering-level oversight across large, complex implementation engagements with multiple parallel workstreams.
- Early Access Product Releases — governing the rollout of new product capabilities to early access customers, ensuring adoption milestones are met and structured feedback is routed back to product engineering.
