Senior Technical Program Manager, ShipTech

We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex logistics and transportation projects from conception to delivery. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and dependencies, track progress against key metrics, and remove obstacles to accelerate project completion. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong program management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven success delivering high-impact initiatives on schedule and within scope.

Key job responsibilities
Work with Internal & External Stakeholders to understand the business processes and workflows.
Develop functional specifications/requirements documents.
Deal with ambiguity to discover the true requirements underlying new feature requests; recommend alternative technical approaches and lead engineering efforts to meet constrained timelines.
Work with software and operations teams to launch projects and provide ongoing technical support
