The Senior Technician / Technician plays a hands‑on role in deploying, maintaining, and supporting mission‑critical systems in the field, ensuring they are fully operational, reliable, and ready for use. Working closely with engineers, the role supports system integration, fault diagnosis and continuous improvement activities, contributing directly to safe, effective operations and high levels of customer confidence.
