Ensuring excellent underwriting, risk assessment, and the quality of pricing and wording for our worldwide airline business
Key account management for important airline clients
Actively developing and maintaining client and broker relationships
Observing market, industry, and technology trends and assessing the impact of them on our underwriting and pricing methods; this includes making the team aware of these trends and developments
Challenging and executing the agreed airline underwriting strategy to ensure the segment can be underwritten profitably
Enabling the airline underwriting team to self-organize
Showing outstanding commitment to the airline portfolio and taking responsibility for it
Exploiting new business, recognizing client needs, actively collaborating on new solutions, and utilizing cross selling potential other Munich Re units
