The Senior, User Experience Design shapes the user experience for , the Macy's app, and Macy's retail stores, bringing Macy's strategic vision to life through impactful digital designs. With at least 5 years of experience in digital design, this role demands a strong track record of creating elegant, high-quality designs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Senior, User Experience Design balances business objectives with user needs, collaborates across teams, and uses research and data to drive design decisions. In addition to individual contributions, the Senior UX Designer mentors team members, aligning their work with Macy's strategic goals. This position also performs additional duties as assigned.
