Senior Warranty Technician Global Grade 10

Position outputs
• Control cost effectively on all types of warranty claims
• Control suspense and debtors’ accounts effectively
• Approve and process warranty claims and payments
• Provide expert technical support for Warranty resolution
• Provide feedback on warranty issues to business
• Achieve warranty balance scorecard targets and KPI’s.
Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Artisan. (Mechanic in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) with minimum 3 years post-apprentice/learnership experience.
• Applicable product knowledge.
• Basic financial management skills.
• Sound business communication skills – managerial and technical report writing skill essential.
• Sound interpersonal relationship skills.
• Computer Literate (MS Office & SIS ET).
• Problem solving and failure analysis skills.
• Warranty claim experience is an added advantage.
