SENIOR WELDER

Job Responsibilities Interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications to plan and execute welding tasks. Perform high-quality welding using MIG, TIG, and SMAW techniques on various metals and structures. Inspect and test welds to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare materials and components by cutting, grinding, and fitting as per project requirements. Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition. Mentor junior welders and ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site. Collaborate with fabrication, QA/QC, and site teams to meet project timelines and standards. Requirements Minimum 5 years of welding experience in industrial, marine, or construction environments. Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, WSQ, or equivalent). Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools. Strong understanding of metal properties and welding techniques.
