Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Senior Workday Integration Developer/Consultant with proven expertise in Workday integrations, configuration, and system optimization
Exposure to Workday Orchestrate would be desirable
Deep knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST)
Strong background in API development, data architecture, and Workday reporting tools (BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer)
Experience with Workday security frameworks, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data governance
Workday Integration certification is a must
