You will lead brokerage sales, develop a strong network in the yachting industry, and collaborate with our UK, Sweden, and US teams to grow Berthon Spain.

The role requires an English-speaking broker with Spanish or German as an advantage, xqbhyrx based in Mallorca or EU preferred but not essential, and a driven, collaborative mindset to shape the company’s
